Prices are as follows:
Custom set up flat fee: $52
Printing: .22 cents each (with envelope is an extra .15 cents each so with envelope is .37 cents each)
Example (based on 100 clients):
Set-up $52
100 cards printed with envelopes .37 cents each Total of $37
Mail merge clients names and print labels, label each envelope stuff and seal each envelope is .25 cents each or total of $25
Postage per envelope is .85 cents each or a total of $85
Grand total based on this example would be $199
